Placing an order

To place an order, simply browse through all available items to decide what you would like. To select an item to purchase, enter the quanity you would like and then click on "ADD TO CART". Click on the "view basket" button to review your entire order. When you are ready to check-out, all on-line shopping transactions are handled and secured through Paypal.com. Proceed through check-out as directed.

You may have to set up a free account with Paypal before checking out. A paypal account is free, and is an easy, safe and secure way to make payments on the web. If you encounter any difficulties with ordering, or prefer not to send payments over the internet, please send an email and we will help you as soon possible.

Processing time

When you place your order, you will receive a email confirming your purchase. Please ensure that you provide your most current email address with your order so that we are able to contact you! Most items ship within 5-10 working days.

Shipping

All orders are sent from Waiheke, New Zealand via New Zealand Post. New Zealand orders should arrive at their destination within 3-8 business days. International orders should arrive within 5-20 business days, depending on your local postal service times. If you require faster shipping times, please send an email to make arrangements.

Shipping rates: are calculated upon check-out for all locations.

Returns + exchanges

Any refunds and exchanges will be taken on a case by case basis. We very much want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If there is any problem, please send an email as soon as possible explaining your concerns. We will respond as soon as possible.
